A driving force behind civic participation and sustainable development in the Western Balkans, Ana Jovanovska brings over a decade of experience advancing public policy, human rights, and the UN 2030 Agenda. From coordinating North Macedonia’s first Voluntary National Review on SDG progress to supporting refugees inclusion through innovation at UNHCR, Ana’s work demonstrates how civic engagement fuels lasting impact.
She has been part of governments, international organizations, and advised youth-led networks across region, and currently contributes to strengthening hybrid education models in the Ministry of Interior through the OSCE Mission in North Macedonia. A Stanford, Aspen, and Swedish Institute alumna, Ana empowers youth to turn civic action into systemic change.
