Rezart Alija is a technology entrepreneur, data expert, and educator who believes that knowledge, discipline, and civic responsibility are the foundation of long-term progress. With a background in Computer Engineering from the University of Dayton (USA) and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Tirana, he has spent nearly two decades building and leading digital transformation projects across public institutions, universities, and international organizations. Throughout his career, Rezart has contributed to nationwide justice reform systems, university digitization projects, and large-scale data platforms in collaboration with organizations such as USAID, OSCE, and EU-funded initiatives. Earlier, he worked in the United States on high-performance web systems supporting national political campaigns, gaining experience in scalable technology and teamwork under pressure.
As co-founder of Tirana Center of Technology – TCT, he mentors young people in programming, data, and critical thinking skills—encouraging them not only to build careers, but to build character. He strongly believes that civic engagement, combined with technical competence, creates a ripple effect that transforms communities and shapes future generations.
